DURAThe Dusel Research Association (DuRA) represents the entire DUSEL scientific community, which includes more than 1,000 scientists from dozens of universities and research institutions. DuRA replaces the former DUSEL Experiment Development Committee (DEDC), which was established in January 2008 to coordinate creating a suite of experiments for DUSEL. After the NSF announced its Solicitation 4 (S4) awards in September 2009, the DEDC transitioned into DuRA. The DuRA Executive Committee is elected by the membership and includes no more than two members from a single scientific collaboration. The Executive Committee also includes at least one member from each of the physics, biology, geology and engineering communities. Click here for information on how to become a voting member of DuRA.
